After You Enroll
The application process takes 2-3 weeks. Once approved, you should receive your Welcome Kit and ID Card in the mail within 7 days. While you wait, there are a number of things you can do, like checking on your application status, reviewing your benefits, and more.

Once you register on our member website or download our app, you can pay claims, review your plan information, update your contact preferences, and more.

Schedule a wellness checkup
Your Welcome to Medicare wellness checkup is free to new Medicare members. If you’ve already had Medicare and just switched, you’re still entitled to a free annual wellness visit. Talk to your primary care physician today to set one up.
